Work Location: HYBRID

The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring project activities at the community level. This role requires regular engagement with beneficiaries, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution and reporting of project objectives. The Field Officer will serve as a vital link between the project team and the field, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Primary Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to oversee and support the implementation of project activities.
Assist in the identification and assessment of beneficiaries in target communities.
Distribute project resources and ensure their proper utilisation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with local communities, leaders, and stakeholders.
Represent the organisation at community meetings and other events.

Data Collection and Reporting:

Collect data, feedback, and documentation related to project progress.

Submit regular field reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Monitoring and Evaluation:
Assist in monitoring project outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct post-activity assessments to evaluate project impact.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all activities comply with organisational policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Promote safety and security during all field activities.

The Project Coordinator will oversee the organisation’s project planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure the timely delivery of project objectives. The Project Coordinator will also manage budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Primary Responsibilities


Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Oversee the implementation of project activities, ensuring adherence to plans and budgets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Team Coordination:

Supervise project staff and provide necessary guidance and support.
Organise and lead regular team meetings to track progress and resolve challenges.

Monitoring and Evaluation:
Could you monitor project progress and performance, ensuring that key deliverables are met?
Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on project activities and outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
As required, could you represent the organisation at meetings, conferences, and events?

Financial Management:
Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Please prepare financial reports and ensure they comply with organisational policies and donor requirements.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Please ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards.
